Making a difference in Education
It’s been a busy period, achieving additional long-term placements with new schools. We’re particularly proud of this as we found ourselves up against a much more established agency.
Were proud of what’s been accomplished in the last 12 months, building more relationships with schools and placing experienced teaching staff into long-term and permanent placements.
This is more evidence of what makes Recruitment Education Global Services different is we focus on providing high level experienced teaching staff on long-term and permanent contracts where we can have a positive impact on pupils and make a difference in education. Many of our competitors simply look to provide schools with NQT’s for day to day supply which is a short-term solution but if schools are being provided with different supply teachers on a regular basis then surely that will only have a disruptive impact on the pupils.
Looking forward to September 2020 we will be working with more academies and schools, building trusting relationships where schools are starting to come directly to us because they know we are providing experienced staff that help to make a difference at their schools.
