We support a large number of schools across all areas of Birmingham so would be able to guarantee consistent cover supervisor roles, offering excellent rates of pay, higher than current agency rates.
As a cover supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students across KS1 and KS2, ensuring their access to the curriculum while maintaining a conducive learning environment for all. We have a large amount of cover supervisor roles across our primary schools in Redditch available for November 2025.

Your role would be focusing on delivering pre-planned lessons across secondary subject areas. We are looking for someone who has a range of talent and experience across all subject areas, in a primary School environment as a cover supervisor.

The following requirements would need to be met for the role:

• Have strong subject knowledge across all subjects.
• Have ability to adapt to different styles of teaching
• Engage and have the experience to work with a variety of students
• We can guarantee to match or better any current daily rate of pay
